Is the litter box safe for my cat?
Yes — the box is equipped with multiple safety sensors that automatically pause cleaning if your cat is nearby. It’s designed with your cat’s wellbeing as the top priority.
Do I need Wi-Fi for the smart features?
Yes — the Civasse Self-Cleaning Litter Box connects through 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. Please check your router settings before setup.
